Cloquet Country Club And NSO Announce Golf Essay

CLOQUET- The Cloquet Country Club along with Northland Sports Online has announced an essay competition in which the winner will receive a free junior membership to the Cloquet Country Club for the 2011 golfing season.

The topic of the essay should be about why golf is or can be important to you! Thoughts that should be addressed in your essay should include; why golf can be not only important to you, but what can it teach you for the future or provide life lessons. What have you learned from golf so far or what do you want to learn from golf. The last item that should be addressed is why a golf membership would would be important to you and what would it mean for you to be a member at the Cloquet Country Club.

Rules of the Contest are:

1. Must be 17 years of age or younger.

2. Open to boys and girls.

3. Must be a high school student.

4. One entry per person, families with more than one child eligible are fine.

5. The Essay should be 500 words or less.

Deadline is May 16th (postmarked or emailed) the winner will be announced on May 20th.

Judging will be done by representatives from Northland Sports Online.com, the Cloquet Country Club, and Premiere Theatres.
