Cloquet Students Participate In “Do-It Right” basketball game

CLOQUET- Wednesday saw high school students from Cloquet Senior High join in and participate in the “Do it Right” basketball games at both Washington and Churchill Elementary Schools. The “Do it Right” is a reward for students in grades 1st through 5th who actively “Do it Right” in their respective schools.


The “Do It Right” basketball games were rewards for those students as it brought Cloquet High School Athletes representing all different sports, taking on the factuality and staff at each elementary school.


The Morning saw games played at Washington Elementary School. School staff faced senior athletes from team Keller. Team Keller consisted of Cody Stevens, Jack McFarlane, Jesse Ryan, Owen Wilton, Anna Peterson, and McKenzie Korby.


The afternoon games were played at Churchill elementary school and it was Team Palmquist taking on staff from Churchill. Players representing Team Palmquist were Karl Palmquist, Sara McMillen, Kara Cresap, Katie Schultz, Stephan Pease, and Ryan Kedrowski.


The staff at both schools played extremely hard, and overall for the day, the staff was victorious by a record of 3 wins 0 losses and 1 tie. The kids at both schools were excited to see some of their hero’s and teachers enjoyed seeing their former students.
