Eskomos Shoots By Agates

The Esko Eskomos traveled to play the Two Harbors Agates on Thursday evening, coming home with the 61-36 victory.

The Eskomos led 25-17 in the first half but turned it on in the second half, outscoring the Agates 36-19 to hold onto the victory.

Molly Trapp led the way for the Eskomos, scoring 16 points in the win. Ashley Bergerson pitched in 9 points in the win, while Bailey Mudek and Karlie Kulas each tallied 8. Also scoring was  Mandi Dincau and Judy Wagemaker  who would both add 6 points, Selena Shady added 4, and Kailee Kiminski and Ava Gonsorowski topped it off with 2 a piece.

In the loss for the Agates, Ayla Lemke scored 16 points and Briana Stuberud hit double digits with 11 points. Brianna McGrath pitched in 5 points and Casey Cross topped it off with 4.

The Eskomos are now 20-3 on the season and will host Moose Lake-Willow River on February 19th. The Agates fall to 12-9 on the season and will host Cromwell on February 17th.
