Eskomos Run By Bluedevils

The Eskomos were looking to end their regular season with a bang and they did just that as they ran by the Virginia Bluedevils on Friday night, winning by a score of 50-33.

The Eskomos lead 25-17 at the half and continued their stout defense in the second half, outscoring the Bluedevils 25-16 in the half to secure the victory in the last regular season game of the year.

The Eskomos were led by Judy Wagemaker and Bailey Mudek who had 15 and 13 points respectively in the win. Ava Gonsorowski and Ashley Bergerson also pitched in 7 a piece in the win, Kailee Katt scored 5, Selena Shady added 2, and Kailee Kiminksi topped it off with 1.

The Bluedevils leading scorer was Emily Sipola with 12 followed by Maria Stokes-Cerkvenik with 7 in the loss.

The Bluedevils end their regular season with a 10-15 record. The Eskomos will head into the Section 7AA playoffs with a 21-5 record. Their opponent is still TBD.
