The game was fast paced from the start with Wrenshall grabbing the early 9-3 lead. Turnovers would plague the Bulldogs throughout the game, but especially early on as the Wrens would take advantage of them and grab the 20-9 lead. Wrenshalls Aaron Adkins would catch on fire in the 1st half of the game, hitting 4 consecutive three pointers to give the Wrens a large 41-17 lead at halftime.

The second half would start where it left off, with the Wrens rallying off 12 unanswered points increasing their lead to 53-17. The Bulldogs would be on a 15 minute scoring drought until Cade Pierson knocked down a three to end the Wrenshall run. The Bulldogs would get on a little run of their own, scoring 7 straight points but Wrenshall would continue their run and grab the 62-26 win.
