The national ranked St. Scholastica Saints baseball team has been on a roll since the season began. Saturday the Saints defeated Minnesota-Morris 7-1 at Cougar Field on the road.

Leading the Saints has been former Cloquet star, Paul Kolodge, who has been stellar behind the plate in his catching duties and who also belted out two hits in the win.

Kolodge, who bats clean up for Scholastica, continues to pound the ball and is hitting for a high average along with good power numbers. At this point of the season Kolodge is hitting .452 with 10 doubles and 3 home runs for the Saints.

Former Carlton player, Nick Lee, is also seeing time for the Saints. Lee is hitting .259 and has seen considerable playing time for the 9th ranked Saints.
