Rails Knock off Wadena-Deer Creek

After being shut out Thursday night against Cloquet-Esko-Carlton, the Proctor Rails picked up their first win of the season as the Rails defeated Wadena-Deer Creek 3-0 in Proctor.

Keenan Reyelts gave the Rails a 1-0 lead in the first period with an unassisted goal at 9:59 mark of the period.

The Rails added two more goals in the third period when Connor Bushbaum scored at 8:30 of the third with the assist going to Connor Pavlowich making it 2-0.

Jack Bartlam rounded out the scoring with a tally at the 12:07 point of the third period.

Cody Urie stopped all 31 shots he faced in the victory.
