Rebels Win Mud Bowl

Anakin Oswald scored twice and Blake Juhl added another touchdown as the Moose Lake – Willow River Rebels downed Pine City 22-12 Thursday night in Pine City.

On night night which saw temps hovering around 30 and a 25 mile per wind with periods of snow the rebels rushed for 251 yards on the ground led by Oswald who finished with 104 rushing yards.

Trent Juhl added 86 yards on the ground and Blake Juhl finished with 56, with 25 coming on a second quarter touchdown run.

The win moves the Rebels to a 5-2 overall record and a huge game Wednesday night as they will face Aitkin for the section 7AA’s top seed on the line.
