Eskomos Open Season 3-0

The Esko Eskomos notched their third consecutive win to open the season, this time at the hands of the Superior Spartans. The Eskomos topped the Spartans by a score of 79-65.

Esko held the 43-25 halftime advantage, but were outscored 40-36 in the 2nd half.

Leading the way for the Eskomos was Camden Berger and Adam Trapp, each tallying 23 points. Quinn Fischer added 16 points in the win, while Payton Wefel scored 8. Also in the win was Ryan Pantsar with 6 points, Jon Stodola with 2 points, and Eric Rish with 1 point.

In the loss for the Spartans, Mason Ackley tallied 19 points, while Xavier Patterson added 10.

The Eskomos (3-0) will be back in action on December 7th when they travel to play the International Falls Broncos. The Spartans fall to 0-2 on the year and will be back on the hardwood on December 12th when they host the Duluth Denfeld Hunters.
