Esko, Proctor Battle For Section Title Again

The Esko Eskomos (8-1) and Proctor Rails (7-2) will face off for the third consecutive season in the Section 7AAA championship game. The Rails have won the previous two match-ups, winning by a score of 34-13 in 2015 and 17-6 in 2016.

The Eskomos reached the championship after 48-28 victory over the Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin Titans. Proctor advanced to the championship with a 20-10 win over Two Harbors.

The two teams will meet for the first time this season on Thursday, November 2nd at Malosky Stadium on the UMD campus. Kickoff will be at 7:00pm.
