Cloquet Looks To Return To State

The Cloquet Lumberjacks are back in the Section 7AAAA for the second consecutive season after beating the Hermantown Hawks 43-7.

The Lumberjacks, who are 9-0 on the season, were led by Tim Pokornowski in the win. Pokornowski threw for two touchdowns and ran for two touchdowns in the lopsided victory over the Hawks.

The Lumberjacks will meet the North Branch Vikings, who they beat in the regular season 32-28.

The two teams will face off on November 3rd at PSS Stadium in Duluth. Kickoff will be at 7:00pm.
