MLWR Falls To Dodge County

The Moose Lake Area Rebels fell to Dodge County on Saturday night, losing 3-1.

Dodge County would get the scoring started in the second period when Kennedy Hudgkins scored at the 9 minute mark to put the Wildcats up 1-0. Barret Boyer would put Dodge County up 2-0 late in the second period, scoring at the 14:30 mark.

Moose Lake’s Jessica Bird would chip away in the third period, scoring an unassisted goal to cut the Wildcat lead down to 2-1, but Dodge County’s Kennedy Kraus would put the final nail in the coffin just a minute later to secure the victory for the Wildcats, 3-1.

Jessica Karrmann stopped 16 shots for Dodge County, while Maddy Gamst blocked 20 for Moose Lake.

The Rebels are now 6-1 on the season and will be back in action on December 6th when they host the Superior Spartans. Dodge County improved to 5-1 on the year.
