The Proctor Rails escaped the Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin Titans on the road, leaving with the narrow 17-14 victory.

John Pioro scored the go ahead touchdown on a 12 yard scramble for the Rails with just 29 seconds remaining in the game. Dakota Ellis-Ciaccio then converted the two point conversion, diving over the goal line to secure the closely contested 17-14 victory for the Rails.

The Rails are 1-0 on the early season and will face Mora on the road on September 9th. The Titans are 0-1 on the year and will look to bounce back on the 9th when they face Grand Rapids on the road.
