Section 7AAAA Baseball Playoffs Preview

The first round of the Section 7AAAA playoffs get underway on May 31st.

The Duluth East Greyhounds received the top seed after going 18-2. The will face off with Cambridge-Isanti (9-11), who received the 8th seed, in Duluth East with a start time of 4:30pm.

Forest Lake (16-4) received the 2nd seed and will face the 7th seeded Grand Rapids Thunderhawks (5-15) in Forest Lake with a start of 4:30pm.

Anoka (12-8), who received the 3rd seed, will host the 6th seeded Andover Huskies (9-11). The first pitch will occur at 4:30pm.

The 4th seeded Blaine Bengals (10-10) will go to battle with the 5th seeded St. Francis Fighting Saints (11-9) in Blaine at 4:30pm.

The 2nd round of the playoffs will be played on June 2nd.
