Duluth East goes 1-1 with Anoka

After defeating the Anoka Tornadoes 4-3 in game one of their doubleheader, host Duluth East would lose their first game all season in the second game, as it was Anoka coming out on top 8-2.

Greyhound pitcher Sam Laakso went the distance in game one, allowing 8 hits, and notching two strikeouts.  He also allowed 5 walks.

Trent Fredenburg helped carry the Tornadoes in the second game, as he had two hits with two RBI’s in the victory.
