Aase Powers Rails Past Ely

The Proctor Rails took on Ely Tuesday, taking the 6-1 victory.   John Aase led the Rails with three goals on the night.

In the first period, Aase scored at the 11:58 mark to start things off. Ely would knot it up shortly after thanks to a goal from Jon Wenzel (13:08).

Derek Dahlgren would give the Rails the lead yet again with a goal at the 16:01 mark in the first period.

In the second period, Aase would net his second goal (14:28), and Dahlgren would also net his second goal (15:43). Kaleb Stevens would add to Proctors lead with a goal of his own.

In the third period, Aase would achieve the hat-trick, scoring at the 14:54 mark.

Braxton Sathers ended with 17 saves for the Rails in the win.
