The FDLTCC Women’s basketball team lost to Rainy River CC in Virginia this afternoon by a score of 71-51.

Jaiden Cofield scored 34 points and pulled down 15 rebounds for the Thunder, while Taylor Klassen & Drewrez Budreau added 7 points, and Budreau also tallied 8 rebounds.

The Thunder Men lost to Hibbing Community College 82-71 also in Virginia.

Leading scorers for The Thunder: Donald Gordon with 20 points, and Juwan Thompson with 16 points & 13 rebounds.

FDLTCC Women’s & men’s basketball teams return to Virginia tomorrow to take on Mesabi Range Community College, tip off 2:00pm & 4:00pm.
