The Eskomos hosted the Two Harbors Agates on Friday night, tumbling them 34-20 behind 3 touchdowns from Jaxon Turner to move to 2-0 on the season.

Turner kicked the scoring off in the 1st for the Eskomos, plunging in from 2 yards out to give them the early 7-0 advantage. Two Harbors responded in the 2nd quarter, when Keller Conrow dove in from a yard out to knot it up at 7-7, but after that it was all Esko. Kaden Matteen would connect with Stone DeLeon with a 30 yard dart to make it 14-7. Turner would find the end zone again in the 1st half, this time on an 11 yard run to give the Eskomos the 21-7 halftime lead.

In the 3rd quarter, Turner would get another touchdown, this time just from a yard out to make it 28-7. Two Harbors would answer that touchdown with one of their own coming from a Spencer Ross 1 yard touchdown run, cutting the lead to 28-14, but Esko would shut it down there when DeLeon hit Turner Gregg on a 10 yard pass to make it 34-14. Two Harbors would score once more in the game on a Karter Kinn 45 yard scamper, making it a final of 34-20.

Esko (2-0) will look to take down their rival, the 3rd ranked Moose Lake Willow River Rebels (2-0) on September 4th in Willow River. The Agates (0-2) will look for their first win when they host International Falls (0-2) on September 4th.
