Megan Aho scored 30 points Saturday afternoon and things looked fairly good for the Floodwood Polar Bears to advance into the section 7A quarterfinals, but a late second half comeback saw the South Ridge Panthers prevail and come away with the seven point 64-57 victory.

It was clutch free throw shooting by Mikayla Olesiak and Celia Olesiak who nailed down a some three pointers as the Panthers came form 4 down at half and back from as many down as 9 points in the second half for the victory.

The victory now will have South Ridge taking on defending section champion Mountain Iron-Buhl in the section 7A semi-finals on Wednesday night.
