Sydnee Heitala stopped all 15 shots she faced Saturday afternoon, and it was Rachel Macaulay and Courtney Ketola each scored twice as the Cloquet-Esko-Carlton Lumberjacks shut out the Bluejackets by a score of 4-0 Saturday afternoon at the Isanti Ice Arena in Cambridge.

The Lumberjacks led 2-0 after the first period as the Lumberjacks McCauley put C-E-C in front, and that was followed by Ketola scoring her sixth goal of the season.

Ketola added her seventh goal of the season in the second period as the Lumberjacks took a 3-0 lead into the locker room after two periods of play.

Macaulay scored her team leading ninth goal of the season in the third period as Cloquet-Esko-Carlton picked up the 4-0 road win.

Hietala’s shut out was the first of the season for the Lumberjacks who moved to 5-14-3 on the season. The Lumberjacks will face the Duluth Northern Stars on Thursday at Northwoods Credit Union Arena.
