The Moose Lake-Willow River Rebels picked up a sectional victory Tuesday night as the Rebels pounded the Duluth Marshall Hilltoppers 56-18 as the Rebels held the Toppers to 10 first half points and only 8 in the second half.

Adri Jusczak scored a game high 22 points to led the Rebels, as MLWR had 8 players hit the scoring column in the victory. following Jusczak in the scoring totals were Morgan Pracher and Ally Bode who finished with 8 points each, Libbie Ring, Lauren Ross, and Jenna Ramberg all chipped in with 4 points, Ava Szczyrbak added 3, and Suzy Grutkowski closed the Rebels scoring with 2 points.

The Hilltoppers had only three players score Tuesday night as Megan Matthews scored 9 points, Rachel DeWitte added 8 points and it was Ashlynn Cummings ending with 1 point in the loss.

The Lady Rebels picked up their fifth consecutive win Tuesday night as they improve to 10-4 on the season. The Rebels will face Wrenshall in a Polar League Conference game in Wrenshall Thursday night.

The Hilltoppers fall to 5-8 on the season and they will face Silver Bay on Friday up the shore at Silver Bay High School.
