Bulldogs Hit Century Mark In Win

In a game where it seemed like the Bulldogs were throwing a beach ball into the ocean, hitting 18 of 35 from three, they hit the Century mark, throttling Silver Bay 100-55.

The Bulldogs got out to the 55-35 lead at half and never looked back as they outscored the Mariners 45-20 in the second half to win their second straight.

The Bulldogs had 12 players score in the victory, led by Adam Ermantinger who had a team high 17 points. Cade Pierson followed with 15, Waylon Lekander added 12, Tyler Ojibway knocked down 11, and Matt Hey hit double figures with 10. Also scoring for the Bulldogs was Nate Nilsen with 9, Dominic Bennett adding 8, Sam Macon scoring 6, Eric Soderstrom tallying 4, Nick Lee and Jackson Mickie each scoring 3, and Marshall Bennett topping it off with 2.

In the loss for the Mariners, Jason Blood scored a game high 25 points. Spencer Tiboni added 9, Austin Larsen scored 8, Michael Fischer punched in 5, Brandon Johnson scored 3, Sean Bergman and Mitchell Bombers each had 2, and Zach Lewis scored 1.

The Bulldogs improve to 3-4 on the year and will play the Lakeview Christian Academy Lions on Tuesday, December 16th. The Mariners fall to 1-4 on the year and will play the Two Harbors Agates on December 16th.
