For the second consecutive weekend the Minnesota Wilderness have swept their weekend series as they have now won four straight as the look to make it five consecutive wins this upcoming Wednesday.

Bradley Johnson, Nicholas Lehtimaki, and Billy Exell all scored goals Friday night as the Wilderness picked up a 3-1 win, Brock Kautz stopped 28 of the 29 shots he faced in the victory Friday evening.

Aaron Miller scored and had a three-point night as the Minnesota Wilderness completed a weekend home sweep of the Austin Bruins thanks to a 4-2 win on Saturday.  Minnesota jumped out to a 3-0 lead as Billy Exell scored the games first goal,  Nickolas Lehtimaki, tipped in a Tobias Bjorklund shot from the Blueline to make it 2-0, and Jack Forbort gave the Wilderness a 3-0 lead later in the second period.

The Bruins responded with two goals to cut the lead to 3-2 as Ian Scheid scored shorthanded and Brian Bachnak added a late 2nd period goal, but it was Miller who scored the next goal to secure the 4-2 win for the Wilderness.  Brock Kautz picked up the win, making 20 saves before having to leave the game with an injury. Ryan Anderson stopped 9 of the 11 shots in faced replacing Kautz.
