Jaxson Turner and Nicke Emanuel made sure that the Esko offense was in overdrive on Friday night in the Eskomos 36-14 road win in Two Harbors.  After falling behind 14-0 early in the game the Eskomos hit the after burners and rode the duo to an impressive win against the previously undefeated Agates.

Trailing 14-0 in the second quarter the Eskomos stole away the momentum when Emanuel slipped in from the six-yard line and Turner added the two-point conversion run to cut the lead to 14-8.  From that point on it was all Esko.
Esko rebounded from their slow first half to completely dominate the second half.  First it was Turner who blazed his way to a 40-yard touchdown run and after Ryan Bodie knocked through the extra point the Eskomos had their first lead of the game at 15-14.  That was a lead they would never relinquish the rest of the game.
Turner added another touchdown run in the third quarter on a 10-yard scamper and Bodie added the kick for extra point pushing the Eskomo lead to 22-14 after three quarters.
In the fourth quarter it was Turner slashing his way to a 14-yard touchdown run and Emanuel hit Aaron Olson for a 25-yard touchdown pass making the final 36-14 after the two extra point kicks by Bodie.
For the game both Turner and Emanuel ran for over 100 yards with Turner finishing with 189 rushing yards.
The win improves Eskos record to 3-2 on the season and 3-1 in the Great Polar White conference.  Two Harbors drops to 4-1 on the season and 1-1 in the Great Polar White Conference.
