The Moose Lake Mafia thrilled fans Saturday night down at Riverside Arena in Moose Lake. The Mafia took on the Attckonites in Roller Derby action.

The Mafia are a funded and organized by our skaters and owned by no one which means everything we do is for love of the game. Our girls purchase all their own equipment and insurance as well as donate their time when we volunteer in the community and set up and organize practices and bouts.

Our team believes that giving back to the community is one of the biggest parts of participating in the sport – except the bouts, and the practices, and the great friends, and the fans, and the refs, and… well – just about everything. Roller Derby IS our passion. That’s how we roll.
